Online Purchase Returns Policy

Your satisfaction with the fit and quality of our products is important to us. All stock is individually inspected for faults and quality  before shipping , however we understand that at times the item may not fit like you wanted and therefore you need to exchange. Keep in mind we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.


All returned goods must be 

  • Unworn
  • Free of evidence of makeup, fake tan, smell of deodorant, washing powder or cigarette smoke 
  • Sent with original swing tags
  • Returned in original packaging (if appropriate)


Please note that faulty goods does not include “wear and tear” including 

  • Knitwear that has threads pulled due to damage by jewellery or other object
  • Delicate fabrics like silk or manmade fibres with a loose weave. These garments need to be worn with care as seams may pull with rough handling which is not  considered as a manufacturing fault. If an item has “Delicate Fabric” this will be stated in the item description. 


We strongly suggest you post any returns with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for losses in the mail. 

Return of Faulty Goods

 Contact us by email promptly to let us know of the problem.


Post back the item to us within 10 working days of receiving your parcel.  We will reimburse the cost of this postage to you if the goods are found to be faulty.


Once we confirm that the product is faulty, we can offer you one of the following:

  •  Replacement of the item, return postage back and reimbursement of any postage costs you have encountered
  • A credit note or refund to the cost of the item and all postage costs.

Return of Goods Without Manufacturing Fault

We are unable to accept returns of Sale Goods.


Contact us by email to let us know of the problem.


Post back the item to us within 10 days of completing your purchase.


Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect the item and validate the refund.  We can then offer you an exchange item (posted back to you at your expense) or store credit.

Cancellation of Orders

If for any reason we are unable to supply goods that were either purchased through the online store, or may form part of a replacement for any type of return of goods, then we reserve the right to cancel the order. If an order was cancelled, the customer will be contacted immediately and an alternative product offered or a refund, store credit offered.

Shipping Costs

Orders within Australia

We offer a standard postage service via Australia Post for each order at a cost of  $9.00 per order.  Should you wish we can also Express Post via Australia Post at $10.50 per order . All of our shipping has a tracking number. We endeavour to have orders dispatched by the new working day.

Orders outside Australia

We will send overseas to selected countries,  we offer a flat rate of $25.00 for standard economy air mail. All overseas shipping will have a tracking number which will be forwarded to you once posting has been completed .


Free Postage is offered on any order (in a single transaction) of at least $150.

Privacy Policy

Hassab's Fashions respects your privacy and we do not divulge any information retained in our customer database to any third party.  


Information retained in our database will only be used for transactions and occasional marketing of  special events.  Customers are able to opt out of any marketing at any time.


We are bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 including Australian Privacy Principles.
